You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund.
• After shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. There are no refunds after shipping.
• Proof of purchase is required to claim exchange.
• Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to product use will not be exchanged.
• Customer will be liable to pay any shipping and handling charges to exchange the product.
• The product will be exchanged for the same color, size and brand bought originally unless it is out of stock

Warranty Exceptions

1. RENOVA refillable pods are not covered by this warranty
2. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
3. Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, or rain, extreme humidity, unusual heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances);
4. Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described by RENOVA in the device documentation;
5. A device or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability;
6. Damage to the device, showing signs of user error that could have caused the defect, for example It was outside of normal or recommended use;
7. Cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
8. Any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine;
9. Normal performance degradation of batteries. Please contact RENOVA Customer Service for more information on battery degradation.
10. All devices after 30 days from the date of purchase (some conditions apply.)

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must do the following:
1. Provide proof of purchase. This may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records.
a) If no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to RENOVA at the time warranty service is requested, the warranty start/end dates will be determined by the date of device manufacture using the device serial number.
Please note:
1. We may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service.
2. All devices approved for warranty service must be returned to RENOVA before a replacement device will be provided.
3. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the device to RENOVA.
4. RENOVA strongly encourages you to send returns with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. RENOVA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you.
5. The cost of return shipping to you for devices not covered by this Limited Warranty shall be your responsibility, and RENOVA may require pre-payment of shipping charges before we return such devices.
6. Original purchasers returning devices for repair or replacement will be subject to age-verification. RENOVA will only honor this Limited Warranty from original purchasers of legal age to purchase the device.
7. We additionally reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if we believe that such warranty claim is fraudulent or designed to avoid the restrictive properties of this site. In the event your warranty claim is terminated, or deleted, your only option is to request assistance by contacting RENOVA via E-mail: info@renovavapor.com.
8. RENOVA reserves the right to change the terms of this limited warranty without any prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Refused Orders

If either customer or shipping carrier has refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.

Promotional Term & Conditions

Promotional items are listed as final sale. If the promotional item is deemed defective, refund will be the only options. Promotional items will not be replaced. If other items from a promotional sale order are returned, the promotional item must be returned. If the promotional item is not returned, the non-promotional price of the item will be deducted from your compensation.

Length of Warranty

Any refund or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed within 7 working days.

International Orders

VAT, customs, brokerage fees and duties are not included in the shipping rate. Any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.
